Sleight Advertising has an opening for a full-time assistant in our media department. This is a unique opportunity to join a remarkable team of award-winning media specialists that serve clients across the country.
The ideal candidate will be a high energy, numbers-oriented individual who is adept at working in a fast-paced environment on multiple accounts. You must have a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and have a deep commitment to initiative and excellence.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Media Research and communication with station representatives
- Coordinate and track new client information
- Prepare proposals
- Audit invoices
- Media back-up: coordinating make-goods, send traffic instructions, securing signatures, order entry overflow, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail. Prior experience in media is desirable but not required. We will train the right candidate.
