Their biggest goal was to show their community involvement and diminish the negative connotations that people have toward the payday loan industry. EZ Money is actively involved in the community and offers a variety of different financial services, so we developed a social media strategy to build a community and highlight these aspects of their business on their Facebook page.
Because this client offers financial services which we cannot advertise due to Facebook's policies, our team worked diligently with Facebook representatives to ensure all paid and organic content created for them fit well within the established rules set out by the platform. After a lot of back and forth with the Facebook reps, they agreed to let us launch the page. We consistently post about 3 times per week to increase their Facebook following through content about community involvement, customer testimonials, EZ Money financial services, and general financial advice.
