Their biggest goal was to show their community involvement and diminish the negative connotations that people have toward the payday loan industry. EZ Money is actively involved in the community and offers a variety of different financial services, so we developed a social media strategy to build a community and highlight these aspects of their business on their Facebook page.
This client was challenging to create a Facebook page for since they offer payday loans and cash advances, which is against Facebook’s advertising policies. Our team worked diligently with Facebook representatives to assure them that we will only be promoting their other financial services and will not directly promote payday loans or cash advances. After a lot of back and forth with the Facebook reps, they agreed to let us launch the page. We consistently post about 3 times per week to increase their Facebook following through content about community involvement, customer testimonials, EZ Money financial services, and general financial advice.
